1.What inspired you to start / join your band?
We organised a show with some cool people back in 2022. The bands we invited encouraged us to apply for Baybeats 2023. We got in and we’ve never looked back since.
Freshly out of university and stepping into the routines of working life, we found ourselves craving for something that felt more personal and urgent than the 9-to-5 grind. There was this growing awareness that time is finite, and if we didn’t carve out space for the things we loved, we might never get to. A big turning point was a show we organised back in 2022: the energy and honesty of the bands that played really lit a fire under us. That night made it clear that we didn’t just want to be on the sidelines, but rather, we wanted to be part of it.
2.Concept of your band / music.
We’re a five-piece alternative progressive rock band from Singapore. Our sound mixes emotional intensity with groove-driven rhythms and orchestral textures. We write music that explores personal themes such as introspection, vulnerability, and the messy parts of being human while aiming for a sound that’s both dynamic and immersive.

4.Talk to us a little bit about your latest or most recommended song / single / album
We’d love to highlight our debut EP, Visions of a Dying Dream that was released in April this year. It’s a five-track journey that explores themes of self-doubt, vulnerability, and the tension between idealism and reality. The EP moves through both introspective and intense moments, blending heavy grooves, orchestral textures, and cinematic soundscapes.
From the haunting calm of City of Apathy to the raw energy in Surrender and Kafka, we spent a lot of time shaping the dynamics and emotional pacing of the EP, so it feels cohesive, while still giving each track its own voice.
5.Half a decade down the road, what do you see for yourself / band
We see ourselves growing both creatively and as a live band. Touring is definitely high on our list. We’d love to take our music beyond Singapore and connect with audiences across the region and beyond. Playing at music festivals is something we’ve always dreamed of; the energy, the community, and the opportunity to share our sound on a bigger stage really excites us.
At the same time, we want to keep putting out music that evolves with us. Whether it’s another EP, a full-length album, or collaborations, we’re in it for the long run, and we just want to keep creating, connecting, and growing as artists.
